Leasing & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a high-energy and customer-focused Leasing & Operations Coordinator to support a growing rental property business. This role is responsible for onboarding new units, coordinating with internal team members, and ensuring a smooth experience for both property owners and prospective tenants. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and confident in communication, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Oversee onboarding of new rental units Coordinate with internal team members, including offshore staff Manage communication with property owners and prospective tenants Ensure listings and unit details are accurate and up to date Provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the leasing process Track progress of units being filled and follow up as needed Maintain organization across multiple properties and workflows Required Qualifications Strong English communication skills with minimal to no accent High energy and engaging personality Strong customer service skills Ability to manage and oversee team members Highly organized and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of U.S. culture and communication expectations Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate, leasing, or property-related roles Experience managing or coordinating remote teams Experience working with U.S.-based clients What Success Looks Like Units are onboarded quickly and accurately Strong communication with both clients and internal team Positive experience for property owners and tenants Consistent follow-up and progress tracking on all active units Ability to manage multiple workflows without oversight
