📍 Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position that requires your full presence at our Fort Lee, NJ office.  Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Position Overview
The Senior Frontend Developer is a key contributor within our iGaming web engineering team.  This role focuses on developing and enhancing high‑traffic, high‑performance web applications using Angular 18+ and TypeScript.  The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a product-focused mindset - someone who takes ownership, innovates, and consistently delivers a best‑in‑class user experience for thousands of daily players.

This position is ideal for a Frontend Developer ready to deepen their technical ownership, thriving in a fast‑paced, hands-on environment with significant opportunities for leadership, architecture influence, and continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and optimization of scalable, high‑performance front‑end applications.
• Build and maintain complex web interfaces using Angular 18+, TypeScript, and modern tooling.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code that meets the highest performance and quality standards.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle - from architecture and implementation to testing and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold rigorous coding and performance best practices.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Backend, QA, and Product teams to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end features.
• Stay ahead of the curve - continuously explore emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and performance optimization techniques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in web application development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern Angular (18+).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced language features and best practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or similar.
• Proven ability to consume and integrate REST APIs within scalable architectures.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, SOLID/GRASP principles, and design patterns.
• Awareness of cross‑browser compatibility and front‑end performance optimization.
• Proficiency with modern dev tools: Git, npm, Webpack, Babel, Linters.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Nx monorepo architectures.
• Familiarity with TypeScript AST and custom code transformations.
• Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred).
• Working knowledge of Docker, NGINX, or Node.js.
• Strong product sense and an eye for great UX/UI design.
