ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are now looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our Platforms business stream in Stockholm. In this role, you will work as a trusted advisor, helping our customers design scalable platform solutions, drive digital transformation, and ensure long-term business value through ServiceNow.

Your role

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Lead solution architecture and platform design, ensuring implementations follow proven best practices.

• Gather and refine business and technical requirements together with customer stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers future-proof their ServiceNow platform while supporting evolving business needs.

• Work closely with project managers, developers, consultants, and customer teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Apply Agile methodologies, prototyping, and modern delivery approaches to demonstrate value early and continuously improve solutions.

• Contribute to business development, knowledge sharing, and strengthening Sofigate's ServiceNow offering.

What you bring

• At least three years of experience working with ServiceNow or enterprise platform architecture.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, or a strong technical background combined with the ambition to become a leading ServiceNow Architect.

• The ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions that create measurable business value.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and modern ways of delivering digital transformation projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate across all organizational levels.

• A passion for Business Technology and helping customers succeed through innovative platform solutions.

• An interest in contributing to Sofigate's continued growth through business development, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing.

• Please note that fluency in both Swedish and English is required.

• To be considered for the position, we expect you to be legally permitted to live and work in Sweden.
