Chargé·e de projets, organisation matérielle/Project manager - Plant engineering

• Établir les besoins des divers secteurs de l’usine en termes d’aménagement ou d’infrastructures;

• Présenter les projets aux entités internes et communiquer leurs avancements;
• Développer et choisir des solutions novatrices tout en respectant les besoins des clients;
• Respecter les règles en termes de santé, sécurité et environnement et intervenir aux besoins;
• Assurer que les livrables soient conformes aux plans et devis et respecter les échéanciers;
• Planifier plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant les enjeux et contraintes des opérations;
• Gérer les travaux sous votre responsabilité (SSE, Qualité, etc.) en assurant un suivi constant des entrepreneurs externes;
• Respecter les budgets et informer lorsque requis les gestionnaires de Bombardier de tous coûts excédentaires reliés au projet.

• Develop and choose innovative solutions while respecting customer needs.
• Respect the rules in terms of health, safety and the environment and intervene as needed.
• Ensure that deliverables comply with plans and specifications and meet deadlines.
• Plan several projects simultaneously while respecting the challenges and constraints of operations.
• Manage the work under your responsibility (HSE, Quality, etc.) by ensuring constant monitoring of external contractors.
• Respect budgets and inform Bombardier managers when required of any excess costs related to the project.

Skills & qualifications:

• You have a university degree or college diploma in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture / or Equivalent.
• You have more than 5 years of experience as a project manager in an industrial environment or Equivalent.
• You demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis; you easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications while demonstrating an excellent command of French and a good knowledge of English.
• You have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams etc.
• You are a good communicator; you easily interact with several stakeholders from different backgrounds.
• You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic.
• You show leadership and you have very good ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• You are a very organized person, you are results-oriented while remaining flexible to changing priorities and accustomed to working on several projects at the same time.
• You have experience in project management and ideally in drawing on Autocad.
