At Solvership, we help companies turn complex data challenges into clear business value. Our focus is simple: we make data work.

We deliver precise, reliable, and high-impact Data & AI solutions that create measurable results. With deep expertise and a practical approach, we’ve become a trusted reference point for organizations looking to turn data into real business advantage.

For us, data isn’t just information – it’s an opportunity. And we make sure it delivers.

We’re growing our Data & AI team – a compact, senior crew made up of a Tech Lead, Data Engineers, a Data Scientist, and a Business Analyst – and looking for a Data Engineer with a strong DevOps mindset who’s just as comfortable designing a data pipeline as they are working with LLM APIs, containers, and cloud infrastructure. If you like owning problems end-to-end and enjoy the mix of data engineering, infrastructure, and applied AI, this role is for you.

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer, with hands-on exposure to DevOps/Infrastructure and the AI/LLM ecosystem

  • Strong data engineering fundamentals – building data pipelines, event-driven streaming, relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization

  • Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), plus solid Docker and Kubernetes skills in production settings

  • A solid Python foundation, with experience building modern, asynchronous REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)

  • Practical experience with LLM APIs, agentic workflows, MCP servers, and vector databases

  • A self-reliant mindset – comfortable with loose specifications, prototyping solutions, and owning your deliverables

  • Good grounding in standard software practices, including Git and automated CI/CD pipelines

  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Joining weekly meetings with the AI team for planning, brainstorming, and resource allocation

  • Regular sync-ups with project teams to align on specifications and development status

  • Close cooperation with the Tech Lead on design, architecture, DevOps practices, and tackling the trickier challenges

  • Building and optimizing data pipelines, modeling data, and writing efficient SQL queries

  • Designing and developing modern, asynchronous REST APIs

  • Working with LLM APIs, building agentic workflows, implementing MCP servers, and working with vector databases

  • Containerizing and deploying services (Docker, Kubernetes) and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments

  • Documenting technical solutions and writing automated tests

  • Dive into cutting-edge technology, supported by a personalized development plan that evolves with you, along with a dedicated budget to fuel your continuous learning

  • Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, where innovation and expertise drive every project forward

  • Work on exciting, high-impact projects across a range of industries, from banking to telco, healthcare, retail to tech and beyond

  • We’re all about your career growth! From a structured mentoring process to a dedicated education budget, you’ll have access to internal courses and a top-notch tech stack to fuel your development

  • Enjoy the freedom to work your way, with flexible hours and the option to work from home. From day one, you’ll be matched with a mentor dedicated to supporting your growth
