The client is a rapidly growing operator of unattended retail stores in the United States. We create and operate small,beautiful self checkout stores where residents can get what they need quickly and conveniently. The company is bootstrapped and focused on sustainable growth.
Role Overview:
Seeking an Account Executive to manage and convert leads, present tailored solutions to clients, and close deals. From day one, you will be working allocated warm leads, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running.
This role is for someone who thrives on performance based rewards. There is significant upside for high performers, with a competitive salary and a performance based bonus structure. You will report directly to and work alongside the founder in a fast paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Pipeline Management:
- Chase, prioritize, and manage leads, including allocated warm leads from day one, ensuring consistent follow ups and communication so no opportunity is missed. Use our CRM to track all activity, notes, follow ups, and pipeline stages, and maintain frequent email and phone contact to drive momentum and remain top of mind with potential clients.
Building Relationships:
- Represent the company professionally on calls and in writing, quickly mastering the product and sales pitch, and educating potential clients on how our service adds value to their communities. Take initial inquiries, build rapport, and nurture relationships with potential clients (property managers, ownership groups, and asset managers).
Present Solutions:
- Coordinate site visits with our on the ground merchandisers, track next steps, and prepare and deliver compelling proposals to the right stakeholders quickly.
Close Deals:
- Drive the sales process from start to finish, handle objections, and secure signed agreements.
Collaborate & Report:
- Work closely with the founders and operations team to unblock deals, push opportunities over the finish line, and ensure a seamless transition for new clients. Maintain clean, up to date CRM data and report weekly on pipeline activity.
Qualifications:
- Hungry, Entrepreneurial & Proactive: You are a self-starter who takes initiative, manages your workload effectively, and is excited to grow with a fast-scaling business.
- Experience: 3+ years in an account management or sales role, ideally selling to U.S customers, with exposure to multifamily property owners, property management, or service-based offerings a plus.
- A closer: Proven track record of proactive lead follow-up, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable) and other sales tools to manage your pipeline and data.
- Excellent Communicator: Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch. You're polished and comfortable on the phone and sharp in email.
