We are looking for a Senior Graphic and Marketing Designer to join our creative team and own the design assets that carry across product launches, product education, sales, marketing, retail, and brand, in both digital and print. You'll work alongside our 3D designers, packaging designers, photographers, videographers, and other graphic designers to build cohesive, on-brand work, and take projects from concept all the way to a production-ready file.

We are a culture-first cannabis brand inspired by Red Bull, Supreme, Off-White, and Poppi. We did $30M in 2024, $40M in 2025, and we're building toward $100M+. We are a culture brand, not a commodity one, and the design has to feel like it. This is a high-output, high-standard creative department, and this role is a big part of how people first meet the brand.

One thing up front: this role is for someone with real drive. You take a direction and run with it, you form opinions, and you bring outside-the-box ideas without needing your hand held. If you want a slow, tightly scoped, wait-for-the-brief job, this is not it.

Please read carefully. Do not apply if you do not have professional graphic design experience in retail, CPG, or consumer products. That is non-negotiable.

Do not apply if any of these describe you:

  • You do not have professional graphic design experience in retail, CPG, or consumer products.

  • Your work is clean and technically correct but has no point of view. Competent is not the bar here. Taste is.

  • You wait for a perfectly scoped brief before you start. Here you get a direction and bring the idea.

  • You need handholding. You own the quality of your own work and catch the problems before they ship.

  • You only design digitally and have never prepped real files for print and production.

  • You design static layouts only and have never thought about how work moves or performs in a feed.

  • Cannabis as an industry is a non-starter for you. The design is design, but culture is everything.

Someone creative, organized, collaborative, and obsessively detail-oriented, who thrives when priorities shift and projects move fast.

Taste is the bar. We are inspired by Red Bull, Supreme, Off-White, and Poppi, and the work has to live at that altitude: elevated, intentional, and current, not just clean and on-brand. You know why the brands you admire feel the way they do, and you design to that standard.

You also think about how the work lives in the real world and in the feed: on a shelf, in an unboxing, in a scroll. You design for motion and social, not only static layouts.

You are fluent in the fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, color, and hierarchy. You design across both digital and print and can carry a project from concept to production-ready file without someone cleaning up behind you. You see the spacing that's off by a few pixels, the padding that breaks visual trust, the hierarchy that collapses clarity. Alignment, scale, rhythm, and balance are the work, not afterthoughts.

You use AI to move faster and sharpen the work, not to replace your own eye. You can show how it makes you more efficient: more directions explored, quicker mockups, faster iteration, with the taste and the final call still yours. And you take strong creative direction from an opinionated, founder-led team while still bringing bold ideas of your own. Ego stays out of the work.

You create the design assets that support new product launches, campaigns, sales, retail, and brand, from first concept to final delivery. That includes:

  • Product launch and campaign assets across digital and print.

  • Product education that makes features, benefits, and differentiators obvious at a glance.

  • Sales and marketing materials: email, SMS, website and web banners, digital advertising, retail marketing, sales presentations and sell sheets, promotional materials, events and trade shows, in-store displays and retail collateral, social, and every channel in between.

  • Social-first and motion-aware assets that perform in-feed and in-culture, not just static layouts.

  • Adapting and repurposing concepts across formats, dimensions, and platforms without losing the idea.

  • Production-ready files for both digital and print.

You'll hold visual consistency across every brand and marketing touchpoint, collaborate with the creative and marketing teams from idea to execution, work cross-functionally with the 3D, packaging, photo, and video specialists, sit in creative reviews and take feedback without ego, and juggle multiple deadlines without letting the details slip.
