Business Analysis

• Collaborate with business specialists and stakeholders to identify and detail project requirements, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategy.
• Map processes to support the implementation of new strategies aimed at optimizing operations.
• Act as a liaison between business requirements and software implementation.
• Communicate project outcomes and process changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring they are fully informed and able to adapt to new processes as needed.

Project Management

• Develop and maintain the Systems & Data project framework, including the project discovery and feature request boards, ensuring that both team’s roadmap is up-to-date.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with the company’s Go to Market Leadership, working together to identify, plan, and shape new projects that address key challenges and support their objectives.

Operations

• Map and monitor the Lead to Cash process, focusing on finding opportunities for process improvements.
• Map and monitor key Go To Market metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders on vendor evaluations
• Oversee the onboarding and training of users on our tech stack.
• Continuously monitor and stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Go To Market operations and data management.

• You're able to work autonomously and stay self-motivated.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis or similar. 
• You have experience with our tech stack (Google, Netsuite, Salesforce).
• You have experience mapping complex operations processes to improve efficiency.
• You have strong organizational and time management skills.

• Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
• Business Analysis related certificate.
