Job Title: Cold Caller – Dental Industry (Commission-Based)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $1,200 – $1,800 base salary + $500–$1,000+ commission/month (percentage-based, performance-dependent)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Cold Caller to join our team and drive business development efforts in the dental industry. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, contacting, and converting both cold and warm leads. Your main focus will be direct outreach and building strong rapport with prospective clients, helping us grow our client base and expand our impact in the dental space.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and direct outreach to cold and warm leads
• Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and set appointments or close deals as needed
• Build and maintain strong rapport with potential clients, particularly dental professionals and practices
• Develop and manage your own pipeline of leads while also handling company-provided leads
• Identify new lead sources and contribute to ongoing business development strategies
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or tracking systems
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach, conversions, and revenue contribution

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales – ideally within healthcare or dental industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, confident phone presence
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Resilient, adaptable, and goal-driven with a hunger for results
• Experience with lead generation, business development, or CRM tools is a plus

• Base pay: $1,200 – $1,800/month depending on experience and skill
• Commission: $500 – $1,000+ per month (percentage-based and scalable with performance)
