About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in producing high-quality digital assets.
This role goes beyond basic design execution—we are looking for someone with a strong design eye, creative intuition, and attention to aesthetic quality. You should be able to take direction and elevate it, not just execute tasks mechanically.
You will play a key role in creating performance-driven visuals across digital channels, particularly within e-commerce and Amazon environments.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Design high-quality assets for:
- Paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Email marketing and landing pages
- Translate creative direction into visually compelling designs
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets
- Iterate on designs based on performance feedback
- Create Amazon listing images, including:
- Product feature graphics
- Infographics
- Lifestyle-enhanced visuals
- Optimize designs for clarity, conversion, and user experience
- Collaborate with the team to align visuals with product positioning
- Contribute ideas to improve creative output and campaigns
- Bring a strong sense of design quality and visual storytelling
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and apply them appropriately
- Support light brand and packaging design work (as needed)
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Experience creating digital marketing assets (ads, social, e-commerce)
- Familiarity with AI tools for design support (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Clean, modern design
- Marketing-focused visuals
- Excellent English communication (no language barrier)
- Experience with Amazon listing graphics
- Exposure to packaging design
- Experience working with U.S.-based brands or agencies
- Basic understanding of performance marketing (what converts)
- Designs are visually strong, polished, and aligned with brand standards
- Creative output improves engagement and performance metrics
- You contribute ideas—not just execute instructions
- Assets are delivered quickly and with high attention to detail
- The team trusts your creative judgment and taste
- Strong design eye and aesthetic judgment
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
