Role: Enterprise Sales Representative

Priority Location: South Africa

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM (EST)

Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,500 per month

Type of Contract:Independent Contractor

Type of Role : Remote

We are a well-established, 12-year-old corporate gifting, employee rewards, and engagement platform that has recently undergone a major transformation. Having rebuilt our technology around cutting-edge AI, our platform consolidates traditionally fragmented corporate programs—gifting, employee rewards, company stores, and kitting—into a single, highly scalable, end-to-end solution.

We primarily sell into North American mid-market and enterprise organizations ($30M–$500M+ in annual revenue). Following our AI-enabled platform rebuild, the company is experiencing tremendous momentum and is aggressively scaling its enterprise sales capacity.

We are seeking a high-performing, self-directed Enterprise Account Executive based in South Africa to own and grow a full-cycle book of business.

This role is designed for a hungry, polished, and autonomous B2B sales professional who delivers the sophistication of a top U.S. enterprise seller. You will operate across two key sales motions:

Enterprise & Platform Sales (Primary Focus): Running consultative, multi-threaded solution sales into mid-market and enterprise leadership, guiding complex deals with average 3-month sales cycles (ranging from 3 weeks to 12 months).

Product & Transactional Sales (Fast-Turn Focus): Capitalizing on high-volume inbound leads for branded merchandise and corporate orders, converting quick-turn opportunities with rapid speed-to-lead.

You will not be micromanaged or "babysat." You will be given direct access to leadership, powerful AI tools to remove administrative overhead, inbound lead flow, and the autonomy to build a highly lucrative pipeline.

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Proactively target, engage, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close enterprise-level prospects.
  • Consultative Selling: Uncover complex business needs, map the platform against fragmented legacy vendors, and articulate clear ROI to cross-functional executive stakeholders.
  • Multi-Threaded Account Management: Build relationships across multiple departments (HR, People Ops, Marketing, Operations) within $30M–$500M+ revenue organizations.
  • Pipeline Management: Drive opportunities forward independently from initial discovery to close without requiring management oversight to push steps.
  • Speed-to-Lead: Instantly respond to high-intent inbound inquiries for branded merchandise, employee recognition orders, and seasonal corporate gifts.
  • Fast-Turn Conversions: Swiftly assess requirements, coordinate proposals, and close simple or urgent deals (often same-day to 3-week turnarounds).
  • Leverage internal AI tools to streamline prospecting, proposal building, and administrative workflows, maximizing your time spent in front of decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly activity and revenue targets, maintaining rigorous pipeline tracking.
  • High Agency & Ownership: A true "operator" mindset. You take complete responsibility for your quota, follow-up, and pipeline progression.
  • Polished Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills, with an executive presence and communication style that builds immediate credibility with North American buyers.
  • Speed & Responsiveness: Obsessive about speed-to-lead and persistent with candidate/prospect follow-ups.
  • Adaptable Execution: Ability to seamlessly pivot between a high-touch, strategic enterprise deal and a fast-turn transactional order without losing momentum.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable adopting modern sales technology and AI tools to accelerate productivity.

  • Location: Must be based in South Africa with a reliable remote setup (high-speed internet, quiet workspace, reliable power solution/backup).
  • Availability: Able to work remote hours aligned with North American business time zones.
  • Methodology: Strong grasp of discovery frameworks, multi-threaded deal coordination, and objection handling.
