They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, conferences, community initiatives, and special productions.
The Events Manager will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of events—from initial planning and logistics through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. This individual will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure every event reflects the organization's mission, brand, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, conferences, community activations, and special productions

Develop detailed event timelines, project plans, and execution checklists

Coordinate logistics, vendors, venues, equipment, and event materials

Ensure all event elements are completed accurately and on schedule

Prepare for upcoming events by confirming production details and resolving potential issues proactively

Support on-site event execution and troubleshoot operational challenges as needed

Manage multiple event projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Maintain event documentation, project trackers, and planning materials
-
Audit event assets and production elements to ensure readiness prior to each event
-
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time

Track project status and communicate updates to leadership regularly

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events
-
Support the execution of social media content related to events and organizational initiatives

Ensure event communications align with brand standards and messaging
-
Help maximize event visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms

Monitor and respond to event-related communications

Maintain organized event files, schedules, and documentation

Coordinate meeting agendas and planning sessions

Assist leadership with event reporting and operational updates

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements

Experience coordinating conferences, corporate events, nonprofit events, or community programs

Familiarity with project management software and event planning tools

Experience working with vendors, venues, and production teams

Knowledge of social media promotion for events

Experience with event budgeting and logistics coordination

Familiarity with livestream or hybrid event production
-
Experience using AI productivity tools to improve planning and organization

Experience planning and coordinating events from concept through execution
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
Professional, proactive, and adaptable work style
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
