We’re well on our way, powering thousands of bookings through our growing operator network and technology platform.

Role

We’re looking for a DM Sales Lead to own and convert inbound demand across Instagram, TikTok, and email.

This role sits at the very top of the sales funnel. You are the first human touchpoint for many potential clients. Your job is to respond fast, qualify accurately, maintain context, and move serious inquiries into booked conversations with our sales team.

This is not a community manager role. It’s a revenue-support seat focused on speed, judgment, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own all inbound inquiries across Instagram, TikTok, and email
  • Respond to new requests quickly (target under 15 business minutes during business hours)
  • Qualify inbound messages and guide prospects toward submitting booking requests
  • Use ManyChat and internal tools to manage conversations, tagging, routing, and follow-ups
  • Maintain context for returning prospects and repeat clients
  • Engage with comments to support visibility and inbound volume
  • Escalate qualified leads smoothly to Charter Sales Executives
  • Capture client intent, urgency, and preferences clearly for sales follow-up
  • Track and report inbound volume, response times, and lead quality
  • Support outbound DM and email campaigns as demand scales

Channels You’ll Manage

  • Instagram (primary)
  • TikTok (primary)
  • Email inquiries (priority support channel)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience qualifying or selling leads via social DMs and/or email
  • 1+ years of experience working with clients in luxury goods and/or services
  • Strong written communication with a confident, professional tone
  • Ability to manage multiple live conversations without losing context
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-urgency environments
  • Availability during U.S. business hours

  • Clear, concise written communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong memory and context retention for repeat contacts
  • Comfort escalating to phone or handoff when needed
  • Proven experience using ManyChat or similar DM automation tools

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience supporting high-ticket aviation sales 
  • Familiarity with aviation, luxury travel, or concierge-style services
  • Strong instincts for qualifying serious buyers vs. casual inquiries
