Our client is seeking an M&A Integration Lead to own the operational integration of acquired businesses. This role is responsible for building a repeatable integration framework, ensuring every acquisition is onboarded efficiently and consistently while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

The successful candidate will develop and manage the integration playbook, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee the operational onboarding of newly acquired locations. While technology and ERP ownership remain with the relevant technical teams, this role partners closely with them to ensure seamless integration.

• Develop and maintain a scalable M&A integration playbook.
• Standardize operational onboarding across acquired businesses.
• Continuously improve integration processes and best practices.

• Lead the operational integration of newly acquired locations.
• Coordinate facility, inventory, and operational process transitions.
• Ensure clear ownership and accountability throughout each integration.

• Maintain integration readiness to support ongoing acquisition activity.
• Coordinate with technology and operational teams on systems and ERP implementation.
• Identify risks early and proactively resolve integration challenges.

• Manage supplier and customer transitions during acquisitions.
• Ensure business continuity and minimal operational disruption throughout the integration process.

• Build a repeatable, scalable acquisition integration process.

• 7+ years of experience in M&A Integration, Program Management, Project Management, or Operations Leadership.
• Proven success integrating acquired businesses or leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent planning and execution abilities.
• Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written). This role works closely with US-based leadership and requires near-native communication skills. The interview process includes English assessments.

• Experience working within private equity-backed or high-growth organizations.
• Experience supporting multi-location operations.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, systems migrations, or large operational transformation projects.

Remote, based anywhere in Latin America, with full overlap with US business hours. Occasional travel to company locations may be required.
