We are seeking a deeply analytical, growth-oriented Marketing Strategy Leader to own the overarching operational performance engine across our entire multi-channel marketing footprint. We span e-commerce storefronts, digital performance media (Meta, TikTok), community platforms (Reddit, Pinterest), and targeted print advertising.

You will turn raw multi-platform analytics into clear performance narratives, programmatic reporting frameworks, and data-driven insights that dictate exactly where our brand spends its next dollar.

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Analytics: Continuously pull, synthesize, and evaluate marketing performance data from our entire digital ecosystem: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, and print ads.
  • Macro Strategy Definition: Move beyond basic posting. You will design overarching channel strategies, setting explicit KPIs and tracking models for audience acquisition and retention.
  • Goal Tracking & Attribution: Build and manage comprehensive internal dashboards that clearly present our current performance trajectory compared directly against our monthly and quarterly growth targets.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflows: Leverage Claude as a core, daily tool to scale your strategic throughput.
  • Template Programming: Actively design, test, and program custom reporting prompts, markdown templates, and data-analysis workflows directly inside Claude to convert messy multi-platform CSV exports into polished, executive-ready strategy decks.
  • Insight over Information: Do not just tell us what our ROAS or CPM is. Tell us why it changed, and detail the explicit tactical steps our media buyers and creative teams need to take tomorrow to capitalize on the data.
  • Executive Visibility: Present highly articulate, clear monthly performance reviews to leadership, standing as the ultimate source of truth for the company's marketing health.

Requirements

  • Holistic Digital Niche Fluency: Deep, practical strategic understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and Reddit ad engines. You must understand how these distinct attribution models interplay.
  • Advanced Data Diagnostics: A highly analytical mindset. You love spreadsheets, understand e-commerce performance metrics (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV), and make decisions based on numbers, not feelings.
  • Claude Proficiency: Advanced experience using Claude or similar LLMs to expedite data synthesis, build custom frameworks, or automate repetitive text-reporting workflows.
  • E-Commerce Agency or Brand Background: Direct experience working inside a fast-moving DTC e-commerce brand or digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
  • Elite English Communication: Confident, articulate, and highly professional written and spoken English. You must be able to summarize highly complex data sets into simple, actionable executive directives.
