• Rapidly create multiple versions of advertisements by testing:

  • Openings
  • Visual pacing
  • CTAs
  • Music
  • Captions
  • Creative angles
• Develop creative variations quickly to support ongoing testing and optimization across paid marketing campaigns.

Leverage AI Throughout Your Workflow

• Utilize modern AI tools to improve production speed, increase creative output, and streamline editing workflows.
• This may include AI for:
  • Editing acceleration
  • B-roll generation
  • Motion graphics
  • Voice generation
  • Audio cleanup
  • Caption creation
  • Image generation
  • Script ideation
  • Creative iteration
  • Workflow automation
• Candidates should demonstrate strong judgment in using AI to enhance creative quality while maintaining a polished, premium final product.

Repurpose Existing Content into Ads

• Transform podcasts, interviews, educational videos, webinars, and long-form content into compelling paid advertisements built specifically for customer acquisition.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team

• Partner closely with the marketing and content teams to develop new advertising concepts, improve existing creatives, and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Maintain an Exceptional Creative Standard

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proven experience creating paid advertising creative, not just organic social media content
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing paid social ads across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve,, or similar editing software
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback quickly
• Strong hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into your editing workflow, E.G:
  • Runway
  • ElevenLabs
  • Descript
  • HeyGen
  • Midjourney
  • ChatGPT
  • Captions.ai
  • Adobe Firefly
  • Veo
  • Kling
  • Similar emerging AI creative tools
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and performance creative
• Ability to create multiple creative variations efficiently while maintaining quality
• Strong typography, captioning, pacing, motion graphics, and sound design skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
• Strong written and spoken English
• Exceptional attention to detail
