We are looking for a veteran Paid Media Specialist to manage high-volume, high-stakes ad campaigns for clients in the cosmetic surgery and med spa industry. You will be responsible for managing annual spends upwards of $600k, with a heavy emphasis on Google Ads and a transition into Meta/Instagram. Your primary goal is "clean" attribution—ensuring every dollar spent can be traced from the keyword to the CRM entry.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Oversee large-scale Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts, conducting regular sprints to optimize performance and data integrity.
  • Attribution & Tracking: Advanced implementation of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4) to capture keyword data and URL parameters.
  • Data Reporting: Transforming complex campaign data into digestible insights. Experience with Looker Studio or custom Notion dashboards is a significant plus.
  • Platform Expansion: Assisting in the rollout of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for aesthetics-based clients.
  • Lead Quality: Monitoring the "front end" of the funnel to ensure the highest quality lead flow into the client’s CRM.
