Role Overview: 

The Sales Manager leads and coaches a team of appointment setters, sets sales targets, monitors performance, and supports training to maintain a strong and productive sales unit. This role requires a hands-on management style with a focus on KPIs and performance, a willingness to provide feedback and support the team’s development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of appointment setters to improve skills, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Set clear sales targets and regularly monitor the team’s progress to ensure goals are met.
  • Identify training needs and provide guidance and support to help the team succeed.
