Role Overview:
The Sales Manager leads and coaches a team of appointment setters, sets sales targets, monitors performance, and supports training to maintain a strong and productive sales unit. This role requires a hands-on management style with a focus on KPIs and performance, a willingness to provide feedback and support the team’s development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach a team of appointment setters to improve skills, productivity, and overall performance.
- Set clear sales targets and regularly monitor the team’s progress to ensure goals are met.
- Identify training needs and provide guidance and support to help the team succeed.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, KPI-driven sales culture focused on accountability and results.
