Responsibilities

→Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
→Own daily performance and hit CPA / ROAS / conversion targets
→Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
→Create and maintain dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, etc.)
→Collaborate with account managers and creative teams
→Present performance updates and recommendations to clients

4+ years of PPC experience in a digital-marketing agency (required)
Advanced Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max), including writing creative, compelling copy
Proven success in both e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns
Strong analytical and reporting skills—you’re fluent in data
Comfortable communicating directly with clients
Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Texas-based and authorized to work without sponsorship

We’re remote-first, but not hands-off. You should have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to manage your own time. Communicate proactively, stay accountable, and adapt quickly when challenges arise.
