Position Title: Sustainable Food Sales Manager
Salary: $1,000-2,000 USD (final offer depends on client’s discretion)
Location: Remote (Vietnam) with occasional travel

Having successfully guided over 250 companies toward sustainable commitments, we are expanding our team in Vietnam to accelerate positive change.
Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, personable, and resilient deal-maker to drive our corporate advocacy forward in Vietnam. As a Sustainability Program Manager, you will serve as a frontline negotiator, connecting directly with decision-makers at major food companies to educate, persuade, and guide them toward implementing humane and sustainable supply chain policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Outreach: Proactively research, map, and engage high-level management at targeted food companies across Vietnam using cold emailing, phone calls, networking, and direct meetings.
- Relationship Management & Advocacy: Build strong rapport with corporate leaders to present the economic, environmental, and animal welfare benefits of setting cage-free egg and sustainable sourcing targets.
- Advisory & Facilitation: Share market insights, connect corporate partners with vetted suppliers, and deliver resources to help businesses execute their sustainability goals.
- Meetings & Travel: Conduct virtual meetings and periodic on-site visits with prospective company partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese; conversational or fluent in English.
- Core Traits: Extroverted, articulate, and highly engaging, with strong persuasion skills and a proven ability to remain resilient when facing rejection.
- Work Style: Self-directed and highly motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of independently managing flexible hours.
- Background: No specific degree required; background in sales, business development, negotiation, or advocacy is a strong plus.
- Values Alignment: A strong personal interest in sustainability, animal welfare, or public health.
