Our client is a boutique website agency specializing in high-converting Shopify storefronts, particularly for e-commerce brands running promotional and giveaway campaigns. We are seeking a Website Project Manager who can serve as the central point of coordination between clients and our internal team.
This role combines project management, client success, and light operational support within Shopify. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
To ensure seamless communication and execution across all client projects by managing feedback, coordinating internal teams, overseeing onboarding, and maintaining organized project documentation.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across approximately 30–40 Slack channels.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
- Ensure client requests are acknowledged quickly and followed through to completion.
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships and proactively follow up with clients.
- Translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for developers and designers.
- Assign, prioritize, and track tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address potential bottlenecks.
- Share project briefs and updates with internal teams via Slack and Notion.
- Ensure quality assurance and that deliverables align with client expectations.
Requirements
~1 min read- Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring all necessary information is captured and organized.
- Document project requirements in Notion, including:
- Giveaway details (dates, pricing, and rules)
- Product specifications and offers
- Branding and creative assets
- Key project milestones and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment from project kickoff.
- Oversee operational details specific to giveaway campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy of critical elements such as pricing, timelines, product specifications, and official rules.
- Maintain organization and consistency across all campaign components.
- Perform simple updates within Shopify when needed, such as:
- Swapping banners or images
- Updating navigation menus and links
- Editing basic page content
- Making minor configuration adjustments
- Escalate more technical changes to developers while ensuring proper execution.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or customer success within a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, particularly with storefront management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client communications simultaneously.
- Experience with client onboarding and requirements documentation.
- Strong familiarity with Slack for client communication.
- Experience using Notion or similar project management/documentation tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Figma or design collaboration tools is a plus.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- Highly responsive and proactive in communication.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
