We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

As a Business Development Specialist in a fast-growing AdTech company, you’ll play a key role in expanding our partner network, driving revenue growth, and shaping the future of our business.


You’ll work closely with experienced team members and company leadership, taking ownership of strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives. This role offers significant growth opportunities, allowing you to deepen your AdTech expertise, influence business decisions, and become an important contributor to the company’s long-term success.

What you will be doing:

  •  monitor, analyze, and improve key performance metrics, continuously adjusting sales approaches for better results;
  • own and grow a recognizable, high-impact programmatic advertising brand from the ground up;
  •  actively identify, reach out to, and engage new prospects via LinkedIn, industry communities, and relevant online channels;
  •  act as a company ambassador at major industry conferences, expos, and networking events to drive visibility and generate quality leads;
  •  maintain full transparency and control of the sales funnel using CRM systems and reporting tools;
  •  analyze competitors and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and sharpen the company’s market positioning.


Your background:

  • english proficiency at B2+ level or higher;
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales;
  • strong background in collaborating with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple organizational levels;
  • readiness to represent the company at global Programmatic and AdTech events to strengthen market presence and foster strategic partnerships.


Would be a plus:

  • experience in programmatic;
  • proven track record of working with leading SSPs and DSPs such as PubMatic, RTB House, OpenX, FreeWheel, Vungle, and others.
