We're seeking a driven Sales Consultant/Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. You'll work with Fortune 500 clients, selling communication solutions that make a real difference in leaders' careers.
This isn't order-taking, this is consultative selling that requires business acumen, relationship development, and the ability to position our programs as strategic solutions. If you're results-driven with a true consulting mindset and the resilience to exceed ambitious targets, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Revenue Generation & Sales Execution
- Meet and exceed individual weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue quotas through proactive sales activities

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective opportunities
- Conduct consultative sales calls that uncover client needs and position Speakeasy solutions effectively
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client companies
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and recommending appropriate solutions
- Interact with clients when they're in our space—connect during breaks, meet & greets, and program sessions
- Solicit referrals from satisfied clients to expand your book of business
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
Business Development & Strategy
- Conduct research on existing, former, and prospective clients to identify new opportunities
- Manage client mailings and outreach campaigns to generate sales leads
What You'll Bring
Required:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in professional services, selling intangible products, consulting, B2B solutions, or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- True consulting mindset: You don't just sell—you diagnose needs, ask thoughtful questions, and position solutions strategically
- Strong business acumen: You understand how businesses operate and can speak credibly with executives and decision-makers
- Exceptional relationship-building skills: You create rapport quickly, maintain long-term client relationships, and earn trust
- Results-driven and money-motivated: You're competitive, ambitious, and energized by hitting (and exceeding) goals

- Resilience: You handle rejection well, learn from setbacks, and stay motivated through ups and downs
- Outstanding communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, including effective phone presence
- Flexible schedule: Willing to adjust your schedule to meet client needs, including occasional weekend, evening, or early morning calls
- Strong work ethic: You're willing to put in the effort required to succeed and consistently deliver results
Preferred:

- Professional services, training, or consulting sales background
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
