We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing Construction Practice. In this role, you’ll be the engine that drives new business: learning how to build relationships, generate opportunities, and develop the skills needed to grow into a full-cycle recruiter or sales professional.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and connect with professionals in the construction industry

  • Identify and engage potential candidates and clients through LinkedIn, referrals, and research tools

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent and prospects

  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior recruiters and business development leaders

  • Learn consultative communication and relationship-building skills

  • Track activity and performance metrics in our ATS/CRM system
