Description
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare and cook all food items according to standardized recipes and hotel standards.
- →Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to service to ensure prompt and efficient operations.
- →Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas, following “Clean As You Go” policy.
- →Prepare and display buffet items and banquet dishes as specified by Banquet Event Orders.
- →Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- →Assist with food storage and rotation according to hotel procedures.
- →Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and certification requirements.
- →Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
- →Perform other duties as requested by management.

✓High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
✓Food Handlers Certification (must comply with state requirements).
✓Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
✓Strong communication and organizational skills.
✓Knowledge of applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
✓Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
✓CPR and first aid training preferred.
