Project Manager - Digital Marketing

Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to coordinate lead generation marketing for a legal client, from paid media on Google and Meta to the systems that route leads to the Call Center and CRM.

• →Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent campaigns and projects (60%)
• →Coordinate Intake, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Management to keep work aligned and on-brand
• →Run status meetings, document workflows, and flag risks and bottlenecks early
• →Oversee rollout of new tools, integrations, and lead-routing workflows into the CRM
• →Partner with media buyers on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; track and report on performance with clear recommendations (30%)
• →Review campaign, social, and email copy for clarity and compliance
• →Prepare concise updates for leadership (10%)

• 3+ years of project or program management in digital marketing, advertising, or lead generation, preferably in services or agency settings
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads and how they drive lead volume and quality
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort using data to guide decisions
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar)

• Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations (Zapier, Law Ruler, Salesforce)
• Background or interest in the legal industry
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification
