The core responsibilities of this role include: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, services, and shipment status. Enter, process and maintain up-to-date customer orders in the appropriate systems. Prepare reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing customer and order data. Collaborate warehouse staff to resolve service concerns and support timely order fulfillment. Communicate relevant updates to leadership and follow established company procedures. Maintain organized documentation and correspondence. Support operational tasks as assigned to ensure smooth departmental workflow. Keep all documentation, logs, and records legible, organized, and compliant with operational requirements. Perform additional duties assigned by leadership to support daily logistics operations. Follow procedures that support compliance with OSHA, MSDS, and other safety? related requirements.

Role Purpose:
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
- 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
