Regional Security Manager

Assists in the development, planning, and coordination of security standards and investigations for all sectors in assigned region / business unit. Investigates suspicion of violation to guidelines such as theft, fraud, and threats. Gathers information from suspect(s) and witness(as). Creates formal documentation and reports on incidents. Develops action plans for resolutions. Provides oversight, guidance, and training to site operational staff and Security Nominees.

• High School diploma and/or GED, required
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
• 1+ years of security, loss prevention, law enforcement, and/or military experience, required
• 1+ years of experience conducting dishonest employee interviews, required
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a security environment, required
