SuReal is a fast-growing international consultancy with headquarters in Brussels, advising private and public organisations on sustainable buildings and cities. We focus on quantifiable sustainability solutions, cutting through greenwashing to drive real impact.

We are looking for a Tender/Internal Sales Lead to organise and optimise our internal sales process; a high-impact role at the heart of our future growth. You are the engine behind our commercial pipeline: you manage leads from first contact to signed proposal, keep our CRM up to date, and make sure our sales processes are structured, efficient, and consistently followed.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise our internal sales process: from incoming lead to signed offer

• Manage and develop our CRM tool (HubSpot)

• Manage and document lead follow-up and proposal management

• Analyse sales performance, pipeline, and forecast metrics; provide leadership with clear reporting and insights

• Optimise and maintain templates (offers, contracts, presentations) and integrate AI tools where relevant

• Screen and qualify incoming RFPs/leads, as well as screening public RFPs

• Lead preparation of proposals and tenders, including public procurement submission, with technical input from our in-house experts

• Ensure deadlines and quality conditions are met

• Continuously improve the proposal workflow as you go

• Contribute to our employer and client branding effort

• Support creation of multichannel marketing materials and company presentations

• Assist in the preparation of events, newsletters, and campaigns as needed

• Min 4 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, tender management, or a similar role; ideally from a larger company in real estate, engineering, or consultancy

• Experience with public sector tenders and public procurement. Knowledge of sustainability is a strong plus

• Strong organisational skills and a structured mindset; you build processes that stick

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) and comfort with digital tools and automation

• Excellent written communication skills, you produce clear, professional proposals and documents

• Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented, you push things forward without waiting to be asked

• Fluency in Dutch or French, with strong English skills
