We're seeking a driven and results oriented Outside Industrial Sales Representative to develop and grow business across the state of Michigan. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with experience in industrial services, manufacturing, or skilled trades who thrives in a field-based, relationship-driven environment.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to customers in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and heavy industrial.
Responsibilities

- → Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
- → Conduct on-site client visits to assess needs and present service solutions
- → Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- → Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and service agreements
- → Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- → Track sales activity and pipeline through CRM systems
- → Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of outside sales experience (industrial, manufacturing, staffing, or technical sales preferred)
- Strong understanding of industrial environments and customer needs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Michigan
