Responsibilities

→Oversee daily operations of the food service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
→Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
→Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure products are properly stocked.
→Train, schedule, and supervise food service staff to ensure optimal performance.
→Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan menus and estimate food and beverage costs.
→Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and appropriately.
→Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience and service efficiency.
→Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs.
→Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant laws.
