Responsibilities

  • →AR Operations: Manage billing, cash applications, account reconciliations, and journal entries (JVs) in the client system.
  • →Month-End Closing: Handle reviews, approvals, and exception management.
  • →Team & People Management: Hire, retain, motivate, and grow talent; assign tasks and track performance.
  • →Reporting & SLAs: Review and finalize SLAs, monitor KPIs, and prepare business or process review decks.
