Based in the vibrant Greenville, SC area, you will be the face of our custodial and maintenance solutions, helping commercial, industrial, and educational facilities run smoother and cleaner.

The Role: What You’ll Do
As our Business Development Manager, you aren’t just selling "services"—you’re selling peace of mind. Your day-to-day will include:
Growth & Strategy: Identifying and capturing new business across office buildings, industrial sites, and schools.
Consultative Selling: Diving deep into client needs to craft high-value, complex proposals and pricing strategies.
High-Level Networking: Scheduling face-to-face presentations with key decision-makers and influencers.
Tech-Forward Sales: Managing your pipeline and activity with precision using Salesforce.com.
Community Presence: Being the "star of the show" at trade shows, corporate events, and regional networking functions.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a seasoned professional who knows how to open doors and close deals.
The Track Record: At least 5+ years of meeting or exceeding B2B sales quotas.
The Skills: Expert-level prospecting, marketing, and communication skills.
The Network: A history of active involvement in professional associations and a knack for building long-term rapport.
The Mindset: A team player who can bridge the gap between sales goals and operational execution.
The Basics: A valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check/drug test, and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Physical Requirements & Environment
Mobility: This role involves frequent sitting and regular interaction (talking/hearing). You’ll occasionally need to stand, walk, or reach.
Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
Setting: A professional environment with moderate noise levels and a focus on safety and accessibility.
