The primary purpose of the Sales Manager, Cross-Sell is to drive revenue growth through strategic cross-sell and upsell motions across SMB and Mid-Market customer segments. This role is responsible for building and executing a data-driven cross-sell strategy, managing a team of Account Managers or Cross-Sell Account Executives, and deepening product penetration across ProfitSolv’s existing customer base.

As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop, implement, and execute a consultative cross-sell strategy targeting SMB and Mid-Market customer segments, evaluating sales metrics, playbooks, talk tracks, and processes regularly.
- Drive revenue expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base and converting them into closed-won deals.
- Coach, mentor, and lead a high-performance cross-sell team by establishing clear performance and development goals for both SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Interview, hire, train, and develop new team members across assigned segments.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align cross-sell motions with customer lifecycle stages and product adoption trends.
- Effectively communicate ProfitSolv’s value propositions through tailored presentations and proposals relevant to existing customers.
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in SFDC, segmented by SMB and Mid-Market.
- Deliver accurate forecasts based on pipeline activity and CRM data.
- Serve as a strategic resource for cross-sell best practices, ensuring consistency in approach across both segments.

This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.
A great fit for this position has:
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
- 5–7 years of progressive sales or account management experience, with a proven track record in cross-sell, upsell, or expansion revenue.
- Previous experience leading and managing sales or account management teams is essential.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on expansion revenue opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with existing customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing segment-specific sales strategies across SMB and Mid-Market.
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in legal or accounting verticals.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and post-sale revenue motions.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities across two segments.
- Ability to travel as needed.
