→High School Diploma or GED required.  

→Cannabis experience a plus.

→At least 1 year of customer service, retail or related experience preferred.  

→Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture

→Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.

→Must have good organizational and computer skills.   

→Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills as well as the ability to multitask.

This position may require the ability to perform essential functions that include, but are not limited to, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Team members may need to lift and move items, e.g., product packages, display cases, cash registers, or inventory boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.  

The role may also require visual abilities to accurately handle transactions, verify product information, and maintain inventory, as well as manual dexterity for handling cash, operating point-of-sale systems, and organizing products. Employees may be required to remain on their feet for extended periods and perform repetitive hand or arm movements with or without reasonable accommodation.
