We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources team. The primary function of this position is to work closely with hiring managers to provide them with the best talent to fill their staffing needs. This is a hands-on, fast paced, and highly visible position that requires innovation, professionalism and business acumen.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance employer brand presence and attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate a smooth interview process.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the ATS to track candidate progress.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
~1 min read• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. Greenhouse experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
