Construction Sales Representative 

If you know the construction materials industry and thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and hunting new business - this opportunity is for you! An established importer and distributor of cement and construction materials with over 25 years in business, is growing and looking for a driven Sales Representative to join the team.

Salary & Benefits: 

• $65K - $85K base salary + commission

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Travel throughout Florida and the Eastern U.S. market
• Meet contractors, suppliers, distributors, and decision-makers face-to-face
• Network and build long-term partnerships
• Work with both large-scale companies and independent customers

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cement, aggregates, ready-mix, building materials, or construction industry sales
• Proven ability to develop business and close deals
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality - energetic, motivated, and hungry to grow
• Travel is required
