Residential Program Manager - Group Home Services

Your Leadership Can Shape an Entire Residential Program

A successful group home requires more than organized schedules and daily routines. It takes strong leadership, dependable employees, thoughtful decision-making, and a commitment to the individuals who live there.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five (5) motor vehicle points.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to effectively supervise employees while maintaining a respectful, person-centered approach.
• Ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities and respond appropriately to changing residential needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound professional judgment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to participate in the agency's required on-call rotation.
• Ability to meet the physical demands associated with providing residential services.

• Previous supervisory or management experience.
