Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

• →Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals
• →Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• →Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to hourly team members
• →Assign and prioritize work based on production schedules and operational needs
• →Monitor machines and equipment; identify issues and coordinate repairs as needed
• →Ensure team members are properly trained in job functions, safety practices, and equipment use
• →Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• →Continuously look for opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and team performance

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of foundry operations and equipment is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and technical documents
• Experience using basic shop equipment and power tools
