About the Role

  • Drive new business development and expand existing customer accounts within the French road freight market (FTL/LTL).
  • Identify target customers, manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing), and build long‑term partnerships.
  • Develop tailored transport solutions aligned with customer needs, market trends, and company capabilities.
  • Achieve revenue and margin targets while maintaining a strong, healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence and competitiveness.
  • Conduct frequent customer visits and maintain accurate CRM tracking to support sustainable growth.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing trends to support strategic decision‑making.

 

Responsibilities

  • Freight Management experience (3+ years) and strong understanding of road freight (FTL/LTL).
  • Sales experience (4+ years) with a proven hunter mindset and ability to win new business.
  • Prospecting skills including cold calling, structured targeting, and lead generation.
  • Strong communication (fluently in French & English) and ability to adapt messaging to diverse stakeholders.
  • Negotiation capabilities to secure competitive agreements while protecting margins.
  • Pipeline discipline with consistent CRM usage and follow‑through.
  • Results‑driven mindset with ownership of KPIs and performance under pressure.
