We are seeking to recruit for season 2027 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members.

Our kitchen brigade is a major part of our team, since he or she will be the faces of The Rooster and our hospitality principles offered to our guests.

We work with a fully equipped and organised kitchen with all the modern tools and equipment, plus wood fire oven, Argentinian grill and all that a kitchen needs to apply old and new techniques.

We are building an environment where personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space. We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one-of-a-kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism.

• Degree in a corresponding specialty
• A la Carte experience minimum 2 years
• Previous service in respective positions minimum 3 year
• Basic knowledge of English for Greeks or good knowledge of English for foreigners
• EU Work Permit is a prerequisite
