Maintain a positive and professional attitude while supporting a collaborative and respectful kitchen environment

Requirements
~1 min readPrevious experience as a Demi Chef de Partie/Pastry, Chef de Partie/Pastry, or in a similar role within a high-quality hospitality environment
Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, food safety procedures, and HACCP standards
Passion for creating high-quality desserts with strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing kitchen demands
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to menu innovation.
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Located in or nearby Gibraltar
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
