About the Role

The New Business Field Sales team builds strong partnerships with wedding vendors across Spain, particularly within the Venue and Catering segment. The main responsibility of the New Business Field Sales Representative is to acquire new clients, drive business growth, and help vendors maximize their visibility and business opportunities through our platforms.This is a highly consultative and acquisition-focused sales role, combining in-person visits, video meetings, and daily phone-based commercial activity. We are looking for a strong hunter profile with a results-oriented mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, manage, and close new business opportunities within the Venue and Catering segment.
  • Maintain a high volume of commercial activity through in-person visits, video calls, and phone outreach.
  • Build consultative relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Deliver sales presentations focused on value, visibility, and business growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
  • Maintain accurate CRM management and pipeline organization.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and wider sales team by sharing best practices and improvement opportunities.
  • Use data and insights to prioritize opportunities and maximize performance.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and internal meetings.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the working month within the assigned territory and attend meetings at the Barcelona office when required.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, or field sales roles.
  • Strong hunter mentality and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to team culture.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, sales targets, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to participate effectively in meetings and trainings conducted in English.
  • Experience in SaaS, SMB, marketplaces, or digital businesses is a plus.
  • Availability to travel approximately 50% of the working month and own vehicle required.
  • Based in Barcelona or Mallorca.
  • If based in Barcelona, availability to work from the Barcelona office when required.
