Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (2026-07)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality digital projects, building strong client relationships, and driving projects from concept to completion.

As part of our diverse and talented team, you will:

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale digital projects independently, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with other project team members, including designers and developers.
• As a supervisor to lead and guide junior project managers.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through effective coordination, including UAT sessions, user trainings.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Address and resolve project issues independently; escalate complex issues when required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are passionate about learning and growing:

• Degree holder 
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in web or mobile app development.
• Experience in mentoring or leading junior project management experts.
• Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Project Manager position.
