We are looking for an ambitious, high-performing, and hunter-minded business development leader to join our fast-growing North Asia Outbound team. In this role, you will focus on driving regional market expansion by hunting new business opportunities and delivering exceptional growth for our clients.
Your core mission is to actively prospect and win top cross-border brands expanding outbound from North Asia. You will act as a trusted solution seller for major exporters and rapid-growth emerging verticals, such as Social Apps and AI. This i role requires strong sales acumen, a relentless drive to exceed revenue targets, and the ability to foster deep, value-add relationships with C-level executives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Hunt New Outbound Clients: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across North Asia (Greater China, Korea and Japan).
- →Drive Client Growth & Revenue: Deliver significant sales results and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling, pipeline management, and relentless execution.
- →Execute Solution Selling: Deeply understand your clients' macro business goals, challenges, and KPIs to design true value-add digital advertising solutions that drive measurable business results.
- →Build a Powerful Network: Establish and maintain a dominant presence within the North Asia export ecosystem, building deep, trusted relationships with C-level clients and key industry partners.
- →Champion Emerging Verticals: Target and scale high-potential emerging outbound verticals, with a specific focus on cross-border Social applications and AI-driven platforms.
- →Advocate for Client Success: Collaborate closely with global product and engineering teams to communicate market needs and identify product gaps, ensuring our platform features match your clients' global expansion requirements.
- Proven Sales Hunter: 10+ years of online advertising experience, with a heavy and successful background in outbound sales, lead generation, and new business development.
- Strategic Solution Seller: Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with C-level executives, moving beyond transactional selling to offer true value-add solutions.
- North Asia Ecosystem Expert: Deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape supporting brands expanding globally, with a proven track record and existing network within the GRCN market.
- Emerging Vertical Savvy: Familiarity with or strong exposure to cross-border advertising, publisher networks, ad tech, or DSP environments, particularly serving fast-growing sectors like Social apps and AI.
- Results-Driven Competitor: Possess a high degree of sales acumen, exceptional time management, and a results-oriented mindset that strives to consistently excel and deliver on revenue goals.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Proven ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong, positive focus on executing sales targets.
- Multilingual Communicator: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to successfully manage the GRCN portfolio. Proficiency in a third language (such as Korean, Japanese, or Cantonese) is a significant plus.
