As part of a portfolio of best-in-class developer tools, we are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer who will become the technical bridge between our products and our customers. You will work closely with the sales team, supporting the entire customer journey – from pre-sales discovery through onboarding to ongoing technical success.
The perfect candidate combines strong technical skills with a natural ability to build relationships, communicate complex concepts clearly, and think in terms of customer value.
Responsibilities

supporting the sales team in pre-sales calls by providing technical expertise, answering prospect questions, and addressing technical concerns;

preparing and delivering tailored product demos based on customer requirements and specific use cases;

conducting technical support calls and providing L1 technical support to customers;
- →
running customer onboarding sessions to ensure smooth adoption of our products;
- →
preparing technical documentation, integration guides, and product briefs for the sales team;
- →
building and maintaining relationships with customers, proactively engaging to ensure their success;
- →
collecting customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights for the product and GTM teams;
- →
creating and maintaining a knowledge base – playbooks, ready-made solutions, FAQs, and best practices;
- →
writing workarounds, simpler implementations, and integration examples for customers;
- →
continuously deepening your technical knowledge of our products and the broader ecosystem.
