Job Title: Brand Activation Team Leader

Salary: $600 - $900

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field brand ambassadors/promoters
• Train field staff on product knowledge (health benefits, quality origin of the milk) and standard operating procedures for sampling and consumer engagement.
• Manage team schedules, ensure timely deployment of activation booths, stock availability for sampling, and POSM delivery at the sites.
• Conduct regular, unannounced field visits to audit compliance, promoter grooming, script adherence, and setup quality.
• Collect field data, tracking inventory usage, consumer feedback, and daily sales/trial metrics to report back to the Activation Manager.
• Other Assignments from management

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in field activations, supervisor roles, or agency coordination within F&B/FMCG.
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills; coaching, problem-solving capabilities on the ground.
• Action-oriented, and passionate about engaging with consumers directly.

Working Hour: 8:00AM - 5:15PM
