Our Account Executives get four things from the very beginning:

  Identify new potential clients and business areas.

• →

  Identify, qualify, drive, develop and close business opportunities with the support from subject matter experts and management.

  Build new client relationships through well planned proactive outreach, trade shows and events.

• →

  Inform and educate clients on TransPerfect’s solutions and service portfolio.

• →

  Support and manage our clients’ expectations together with our client services and technology teams.

• →

  Manage and control pricing and contractual topics according to TransPerfect’s established processes.

• →

  Get to know our clients’ industries, business requirements and company culture to recommend relevant solutions.

• →

  Contribute to the development of TransPerfect’s offering over time.

To succeed in this role, you need to be curious. Genuine interest in how our clients make their money is key to understanding how best to match our solutions with their business requirements. You also need a hands-on approach and enjoy taking the initiative. In short, we want you to think and then act in the right way to use our client’s and our own time in the best way possible.
