Responsibilities

Luxury residential or custom home painting.
Cabinet finishing, wood staining, refinishing, or specialty coatings.
Independent preparation of painting estimates, takeoffs, and bids.
Bluebeam, QuickBooks, or other estimating and construction management software.
Improving scheduling, estimating, documentation, or job-tracking systems.
Working directly with an owner in a smaller construction business.
Previous ownership or management of a painting company.

We welcome experienced painting operations managers, estimator/project managers, production managers, and former business owners. Painting supervisors who have developed strong estimating, scheduling, and office skills are also encouraged to apply.
