Project Management Officer (PMO) - Web3
Quick Summary
3+ years in program management, technical program management,
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
We’re looking for a PMO to be the bridge between Product and Engineering. You’ll keep complex, fast-moving projects on track, make sure teams are aligned and unblocked, and build the trusted relationships that make delivery happen.
This role is equal parts delivery driver and team connector. You hold people accountable to timelines, and you do it with warmth, empathy, and genuine care for the team.
Bridge Product and Engineering: translate priorities, surface dependencies, and keep both sides aligned on scope, trade-offs, and timelines
Drive ETAs and results: own project plans, track milestones, and push initiatives to completion on time
Partner closely with PMs and engineering leads: run planning cadences, sprint reviews, and cross-team syncs that actually move work forward
Spot and clear blockers early: identify risks, escalate the right issues to the right people, and drive resolution
Build relationships and engagement: act as a trusted point of contact across teams, foster collaboration, and keep team dynamics healthy
Bring visibility to leadership: deliver clear, concise status updates, delivery metrics, and project health reporting
Improve how we work: refine PMO processes, tools, and rituals so teams ship faster with less friction
